FOR THE TENANTS AT OUR NEW DYER LOCATION!
October 15, 201910355 Dyer Street is now part of the EP Easy Storage family and we are excited about it! We have 6 other locations throughout El Paso and are happy to have a facility in Northeast part of town. A few days ago we changed the software at we use to manage the facility. It's a great software and we think you will like the options it gives you to manage your account. Please stick with us through any minor bumps that may arise in the next week or two while everything with the switch gets sorted out. Right now, there are a few things you should know:
- You can expect great service from us. Juan will be your new facility manager. All our managers help each other out so if Juan's not available you may see one of the other managers filling in for him.
- You can view and manage your account online! You can pay online, set up autopay, view your statements, and more. Go to our website at www.epeasystorage.com and look for the orange button that says "Make A Payment." The three pieces of info you need to sign up are your unit number, account number, and an email address. If you need help setting it up, call us at the rental office, phone number is 915-270-9228.
- If you had a credit card on file, it did not transfer over to the new software, so we will need to set up autopay again. Please use your online account above or call us at the rental office.
- If you don't already have an email address on file, please call and provide us with one. We promise not to send you tons of random newsletters or junk mail, we just want an extra way to reach you, help you set up your online account, and to be able to send you statement and receipts via email. You can provide it when you sign up for your online account, or by calling Juan and giving it to him.
